2. All Information that I have inserted are correct and not hidden by myself.
3. I am aware that this access to the various pages of alumni details are password controlled. Therefore, I take responsibility of my id and password.
4. All the information provided against my name in various pages of the web portal of www.Sotirtho.com is correct and owned by myself.
5. I understand that there may be service charge against various value added services of this portal either disclosed now or shall be in the future.
6. This web page may not functional due to technical reasons without serving any prior notice. I hereby acknowledge and understand that this web portal is dependent on external service providers which might affect the service disruption beyond the control of the administrators of this web portal.
7. I understand that my information will be exposed to other alumni members.
8. I hereby pledge to safeguard all information available for me from leaking out to any other entity. If the information is leaked by me I may be liable to face legal charges against me.
9. I hereby pledge not to introduce or endorse any blacklisted alumnus of the university or any alumni association of any batch of the university.
10. I am aware that for information of the alumni members and the alumni group may be incorrect as the input are provided by another alumnus on this interactive platform of this web portal.
11. I hereby pledge that I will flag any incorrect information provided here.
12. I am aware that the various pages of this portal of www.Sotirtho.com may display advertisement. The funds received from the advertisement shall be spent for the development cost of the web portal.
13. All rights of the works, content, algorithms, logic, codes and design of the web portal www.sotirtho.com belong to Kyoto Engineering and Automation ltd who has created, developed, formulated and funded web portal. Therefore, sharing the concept, design, data, information, algorithms, codes and the process to any other entity will be a violation of the rights of Kyoto Engineering & Automation Ltd. I shall not violate these rights.
14. I understand that there may be a service charge for signing up to the system and availing various services, such as joining a group, creating events, joining an event, etc. The tariff of services may change from time to time.
15. I understand that an alumni group may impose their own tariff for any of their activities on their own discretion.
16. I understand that various pages of this web portal may run advertisement in order to fund the cost. The revenue generated from the advertisements may be completely retained by Kyoto Engineering & Automation Ltd. or its employees, successors, beneficiaries.
17. I understand that any Sotirtho member may restrict viewing private information of one another. However, if any member individually passes information shall be deemed as an offense. And this software does not guarantee that such offense can be restrained. I understand this constraint and shall never complaint against this software.
18. I understand that each alumni group may have their own set of rules which cannot be violated by myself or take any legal action. In the matter of any dispute.
19. I hereby commit to the general codes of conduct and the values of each group I join. The Core values of any alumni group are as follows:
